Introducing XFit Area Lights with new OpticSwap technology. This industry-first design makes it easy to change lenses without tools – undo the clasps, swap out lenses, and re-clip. With interchangeable optics, selectable power, and color temperatures, 27 LED shoebox light fixtures are in 1.

OpticSwap is a Keystone innovation that makes switching optics tool free: undo two clasps, change out the optic lens, and relatch the clasps. The fixture retains its weather-resistant IP65 rating.

But it doesn’t only change the way optics are switched out. Combined with Keystone’s unique kitting approach, it also entirely changes the area light market.

XFit Area Lights with OpticSwap stocking specials include everything in a single box: fixture, three optics – Type III, IV, and V — pre-installed mount, dusk-to-dawn photocell, and shorting cap. That means distributors can put them on the shelf and contractors can buy them and go.

No need for detailed custom orders, long wait times, and callbacks. One fixture can do it all. Each fixture has a pre-installed lens and two alternates, so if optics need to be quickly swapped out, an installer can apply the right lens in seconds – instead of waiting to specify and order. Add to that our available SmartPort technology –contractor-friendly screw-in motion sensors that can be easily field-installed with no wiring – and XFit Area Lights with OpticSwap can handle multiple needs in one fixture.

Smartloop Light control:  Keystone is excited to offer you our first wireless control platform. SmartLoop beta offers typical on/off and dimming, and advanced controls such as occupancy, daylight harvesting, and scheduling. Additional features are in development for the next generation. SmartLoop is an entirely local setup and operation so that you can commission everything quickly, easily, and securely from your phone.

Pure Fit:  Today’s world has intensified the need for healthy, clean environments. To address this need, Keystone offers ultraviolet lamps and paired ballasts that offer germicidal UV-C disinfection to protect against viruses and bacteria.

The Keystone UV-C Advantage

The lighting industry has found that pairing between ballasts and UV-C lamps isn’t always dependable. Ballasts are not optimized to work with lamps, so pairing power supplies with lamps can lead to wildly differing outcomes in power output. Among the concerns:

• • No national standard. There is no national standard for UV-C lamps, so products and their outputs vary widely.
  • Indefinite terms. “Output” is a flexible term, as UV-C, part of the nonvisible spectrum, doesn’t register in lumens.
  • Uncertain pairings between ballasts and lamps. UV-C lamp output intensity (and effectiveness) depends on the ballast driving it. Without a proper understanding of how a ballast is driving a lamp, there is a lot of room for uncertainty that can lead to insufficient disinfection performance, lamp failure, and/or solutions that are more expensive and larger than they need to be.

Keystone’s SmartCurrent:  Keystone’s SmartCurrent LED Drivers provide maximum flexibility Keystone’s programmable SmartCurrent LED Drivers feature linear and compact form factors with multiple wattage options, from 12W to 100W. To set output current, simply program via our user-friendly software to adjust the parameters and meet your application needs. SmartCurrent features a dim-to-off mode, enabling dimming to 1%, for precise tuning of output current. The drivers also feature a 12Vdc/ 200mA max auxiliary power output.

You can program your LED driver quickly and easily.

Programming your SmartCurrent driver is as easy as using the SmartCurrent software, which is downloadable to a PC or as a smartphone app from the Android store.

With the new SmartCurrent Driver with a USB port, download the app from the Android Store to your Android phone, connect the phone to the LED driver with a USB cord, and program to your preferred specifications. You can do it anywhere—behind the counter, in the field, on the fly. No need for a computer; connect and go.

Programming is as easy as…

1. Open the SmartCurrent app and connect the driver.
2. Tap the Read Driver button
3. Input your required current and tap the Program Driver button.

Their thin, lightweight design features 4 knockouts to provide easy installation in both retrofit and new construction applications. Powered by a dedicated Keystone 0-10V dimming LED driver, our Back-Lit Panel Lights provide smooth, uniform dimming.
