Eriflex: Flexible Braided Power Shunts


Braided Power Shunts are typically used in electrical connections where shape and dimensions of terminal lugs are different from standard, for alignment problems or in high vibration applications most commonly found in connections to a transformer's terminals.  Braided connectors provide a flexible electrical connection and dampen vibration.

  • When used in parallel, the 2 shunts must be spaced with a minimum distance equal to the thickness of the shunt to allow air cooling
