The VPX Industrial Vapor-sealed Linear LED is G&G's newest innovation. The VPX is a premium vaporsealed LED luminaire suited for applications requiring protection against frequent water exposure and harsh environments. The seamless 1” round low-profile design enables the fixtures to be aimed and mounted in almost any location while preventing debris from accumulating inside. Its innovative driverless technology allows the fixture to connect directly to AC line voltage without the use of a traditional an LED driver for extreme reliability and zero maintenance. No assembly required.

Compact Low-Profile Design 1” round patented linear housing provides a remarkably slim low profile allowing installation in almost any application. The design is lightweight, incredibly easy to mount and creates a modern, sleek result. Maintenance-Free Driverless Design Connects directly to AC line voltage without an LED driver or electrolytic capacitors, for extreme reliability and lifetime. Requires zero maintenance. Superior Waterproof Chemical & UV Resistance  Seamless polymeric outer shell provides IP68 ingress protection and is specialized for superior chemical resistance. An additional protective coating is available which integrates a UV inhibitor and UV blocker for outdoor applications. Coextruded Copolyster/Aluminum Housing Our patented process combines copolyester and aluminum together, with no seals or gaskets. The result is a single piece enclosure with excellent heatsinking characteristics for long lifetime

Driverless Technology

When the need for a driver is eliminated the LED fixture has higher efficiency, smaller size, longer life and greater reliability. G&G’s maintenance-free driverless design allows the fixture to connect directly to AC line voltage to drive the LEDs without requiring a traditional LED driver to convert AC to DC current. By avoiding conversion losses, efficiency is optimized while simultaneously reducing risk of failure due to driver component failure.
